Unfortunately the Tumblr link on the site doesn't work, but you may be able to find it on some sort of graveyard site, or someone here might know they have it.  It's a retexture of Newsea's "Ferris Wheel" hair, so maybe you could find that one to download or another creator might have also re-textured it.

 

Edit to add:  Newsea's "Ferris Wheel" seems a pretty popular hair to re-texture. I found a couple of other re-textures of it.
