IIRC the "Type B" folder is empty, the "Type C" one has the torso armor with the breastplate removed (so only the arms and pauldrons are left) and the "TypeA2" is actually the Type A ingame, so we aren't missing on that much.

 

Still, I'd also like to know if there are more variants/armors available elsewhere or what are the plans for future updates, if any.

I know folder "type C" contains 2 nifs of armor without the torso, but I can't acquire it in game. I have to replace it with type A nifs.

I think it is for update, because I don't see anyone take screenshots with the armor without torso.

when i started modding i planned 3 helmet type

( as you known empty, close, open) and 3 armor variation

 

A type is original one

@Outlawer, would you be interested in beast-race-compatible meshes for the helmets? I've been tinkering with the mod and I've managed to get them to fit the beast heads more or less fine, so I thought I might as well offer the meshes to be integrated into the main mod in a future update.

 

So far I've got meshes for Khajiit-based heads; they work on Khajiit, Lykaios, Vaalsark, Kygarra, etc. Basically any race that uses Khajiit armors. I'm also working on meshes for my own shark race and I could also come up with Argonian meshes if you wanted. Interested?

 

Oh, and I also have a cleaned ESP with bugfixes and WAFR/CCOR support, as well as some edited meshes that separate the current full set of armor into individual body armor and boots (anything below the kneepads is part of the boots while the thigh pieces are included in the torso armor). I could share those as well.

 

Here are some images I posted elsewhere of the beast race helmets and the edited armor meshes. Beware beast race pics ahead!

I was actually asking if you want me to send you the meshes and files so you don't have to create them yourself.

 

EDIT: to clarify, this is what I've got so far:

  • Fixed UUNP files (Kokoro's set had some clipping around the breasts and the legs were missing).
  • Separated torso + boots into individual pieces with separate meshes (so you can wear the chestplate with no/other boots and the other way around).
  • Cleaned the plugin and the ingame data for the armor pieces (added missing keywords, changed armor rating to match the value from WAFR, etc.).
  • Added crafting and breakdown recipes (compatible with CCOR but it's not a requirement).
  • Added helmet meshes for Khajiits, Khajiit-based races (Lykaios, Vaalsark, Kygarra, Fennec/Lilmothiit) and my shark race. Argonian meshes are not done yet but I can do them too.

I'm also working on creating male meshes for the armor using the original (male) armor meshes from the TeamTAL package, but I'm not done with those yet.

If you are okay with it, I think I'll simply PM you the file as an attachment if it's small enough. Just give me a bit more time to create the Argonian meshes for the helmets and to test the male version and I'll send it to you as soon as it's done.

The base texture is "BD_M_5200_Kardia.dds", but the final color of the meshes ingame is heavily influenced by the cubemaps. You can try replacing the "ore_quicksilver_e" file in the DS Cubemaps folder to change the looks of the armor. You can use the "ore_gold_e" texture from that same folder to make the armor golden, for example. Play around with the cubemaps until you find one you like.

 

Also note that the vanilla cubemap textures are included in the "textures/cubemaps" folder (in the base game Textures BSA), so you can open up the BSA file with one of the available tools and try out all of the vanilla cubemaps if you want.

it's been a preety long time

btw i got an update news

 

armor model is mostly reworked and

i think it preety much similar than older stuff

 

i almost done but still got an few work

like seperate armor and leggings

 

and make for beast compitable
