After changing between Live-Mode and Build-Mode Bottom UI vanishes

When I go into build-mode and back to live-mode, sometimes the bottom of the UI just vanishes. Also the icons on the top right seem like they dont work when this happens. I usually just save right before I go into live-mode again, but it is really annoying do it all the time. I am pretty new to Sims 4 modding and hope for help.

I had the same issue!!!  

 

This only started occurring after the update released on July 31st.  (PC 1.45.62.1020)

 

I have a number of mods installed...  MCCC, WickedWhims, WickedJobs (0.2f by Vengence 11), Wicked Perversions.  All up to date (I checked).

 

I am going to start deactivating mods and see if that fixes the issue, to see if any of them are interfering with something after the July 31 update
