Morthal Pain Mod - Oblivion Gates part 2

Hi! Do you know this mod?

Because i installed and played the part 1 from Oblivion Realm series and everything ok. But the second part - this mod - when I arrive in Morthal, nothing happens. My character is level 39.

I reinstalled the mod already, but didn't solve.

Do you know if is there any aditional requirement?

What time was it when you were visiting Morthal? If i remember correctly, the gate appears only during night hours.
