qimakio Posted July 29, 2018 Posted July 29, 2018 So I have 2 requests, neither of which are sexual in any way just make the game more realistic... 1: its to easy to seduce sims into sex. With the appropriate buffs, I can take a sim from stranger to sex or stranger to marriage in 4 hours. There has to be a mod that can fix this and make it a little more challenging of make it so that Sims with certain traits just don't like each other. i.e. it would be impossible to get a lazy sim and a sim with a fitness trait of 8 or above to have sex, date or get married. 2: Mortgage: Instead of just paying a weekly stipend to live in a house the Sim "owns" make the inital cost of the house high and then make them pay every week for the next 15 weeks at which point the weekly payments would stop and that sim would actually own the house.
