LE and game error with Holidays when you get time off work/school

I'm having errors and last exceptions that appears to be related to holidays (in Seasons) where the sims get the day off of work/school. I'm having trouble figuring out if this is because of an issue with the expansion, or a conflict with a mod or something. The LE will happen, and then any time I try to load into that lot or if I save the game and reopen it, it throws and error and wont load. I've had to go back and restore older saves. When I changed the holiday to not have the day off in my restored save, it worked. Anybody else having this problem? Any thoughts?

It's your custom careers doing it. I had the same issue, removed them, everything worked fine after.
