Last Exception problem

I can't seem to figure out what is causing this last exception, ever since the seasons patch it's been popping up excessively and its rather annoying to have it popping up every few minutes. It's not very long so it seems to be just one or two things causing it but i for the life of me can't figure it out

Oh! Yes i do, i totally forgot i had it so i didn't think anything of it when i was trying to pinpoint what cc was causing it! Thanks a bunch!
