Red glare on fences in Whiterun (possibly in other places too).

I have modded Skyrim SE recently and this happend:

After disabling enb the light disappeared instead some textures of flowers on fences (because these glares are only on fences) were red. This applies only to one kind of flowers.

I've tried disabling mods connected with changing cities (like JK's Whiterun), textures (Skyrim Flora Overhaul), etc. and once I've disabled a few things and at first glance problem was solved but then I entered some building and after I've left it everything was back.
