How to do any mods to Sims4

i've seen many mods to Sims, and i wanna create my own mods, but don't know how to do that,

please can you  tell me what i need, programs, extencion or whatever, maybe a turtoial, also to create a sex animatios.

For creating CC you will need to sign up to this website and read the tutorials that apply to what you want to make; http://www.sims4studio.com/thread/662/index-studio-tutorials-online-manual : you will also need to use the tool they developed called Sims 4 Studio.

After you have completed the above tutorial and have managed to get working anim's in game then checkout: 

 This thread has some useful info, on page 2 I posted some control rigs that make animating a bit easier for some.
