Skyrim suddenly CTD

Hi, I reinstalled oldrem and install all necessary mods using Mod orginzer. I used the latest version of Loot to sort load order, run TES5Edit, and then run FNIS 7.2. All indiciated no error. I start a brand new game with all necessary setting. However, the game keeps CTD after 15 min while my PC is still in abandone prison. I'm cannot identify the problem. Can anyone help me with this, please? I uploaded the last papyrus log before CTD. Thanks in advance.

Loot is not always accurate link your loadorder aswell so people can have a look
