Oblivion Mods --> Convert Skyrim

Hey Everyone. As the title says, I really love this mods from oblivion and I wanted to have it on Skyrim. I know that i dont(also you) have any permission to convert/use this mods. You may convert them to UNPs/CBBEs or any body mods cause that would be much better than the vanilla body shape of the game. I really dont know how to mod things that us why i'm requesting here. So if you have free time and work in converting these to Skyrim I would really appreciate that. Anyways Thanks in Advance. Keep up the good work modders.
