Suggestion of sorts

While I've been playing I noticed something that struck me as odd, from a roleplaying point of view, is that it doesn't look like anybody has expanded on Swank, Benny's second in command at the Tops. He has a a little bit of dialogue accesible with the black widow perk where he gives you some money and tells ya to go buy yerself a nice dress, just seems like it would be a perfect hook to build a romance/boyfriend mod like the one being made for Doc Mitchell. I currently have no compentence with modding, though I've poked at the geck like an 8 year old poking a rotting dead animal with a stick, so thought I'd just throw it out here, in case it had just never occurred to anyone;)
