Mod Organizer error

Hi, I've been getting this error report each time I start Mod Organizer:

It only started after I updated FNIS(I have had to install it manually in my skyrim folder, as it refuses to work from within MO). It has worked fine til I switched from  the normal to the XXXL version(although I saw a similar error when I updated to the latest version of FNIS, I cannot remember how I fixed it.) Does anyone have any ideas?

EDIT: Oddly, I ran Wrye Bash, rebuilt its bashed patch, LOOT'd my load order,  then closed and restarted MO, and the error quit, so I assumed that somehow fixed it. I'll leave this here if anyone else has this or any other insight.

These are not errors just debug entries from FNIS.

You can ignore them.
