request for dungeon mod

Ive been wanting to make a dungeon add-on for a house. either any of the hearthfire homes or any other house. but basically its this, you have a spell that teleports npc's into a dungeon in the basement of the house and theyre in slave clothes or whatnot. but my goal is to have slaves of all races, including the lesser known races like maormer and having an unaffected falmer. but this would be good if someone could make a female maormer and a female falmer. but in this dungeon id like cages, and things on the wall that npc's can be attached to like in the dark brotherhood dungeon.
