She wont start the maternity observation device. At first she was walking into the screen so deleted it, then she would walk up to the table turn around and then walk around aimlessly near the machine. I tried rdf 

If someone can give me a way to force the dialogue that would be the best option but just the quest id u r supposed to get from her will due.
