UNP Neckblend, anyone have a copy?

Im having serious neck seam issue (http://imageshack.us/a/img266/3964/neckseam.jpg) and I cant find the UNP Neckblend on nexus, seems like the link has been taken down. Anyone have a copy or a link uploaded somewhere?

 

I'm using UNPB BBP and RANs head mesh which I think is conflicting with the body mesh. If anyone have a better head mesh please do tell

BTW your pic shows weight issue not neckseam. Just use console: setnpcweightweight command till it closes. save it over so it intergrates into your save game. then quit to decktop. reload load save and done.

I don't know which mods are having conflicts, basically my setnpcweight command don't save over reloads. Worse yet, every npc revert back to being broken neck seam, once they're run off a fair distance. I'm beat

I'm using UNP base then put a BBP plugin right underneath the load order, just like the instruction on the front page.

 

I partially fixed it with the Skyrim NPC Editor by forcing a weight change, but I'd have to go in and edit each NPC that I come across.

I fixed it by reinstalling the game, but Serana is the only NPC that still has a broken neck, I guess i'll just have to wait for an update on the NPC Editor now.
