Custom Hair on Custom Race

Hey guys, looking for a bit of help with the Creation Kit.

 

I was wondering if there was a way to put the custom hairs on to custom races, more specifically adding Apachii Sky Hair to the Vaalsark Race - I used to have dreadlocks on my Khajiit and fancied get the same look.
