[REQUEST] Equip and Uneqip script

Hi all.

 

Someone know how to make little scripts? Or why not working the default?
I need Equip and Unequip Weapon script.

I try the default Skyrim additem script but i don't know why, not working. (picture attached)
The lesser power spell is already added to the game, only need the scripts.

 

Yes i find script making tutorials but i don't understand. XD
