Can someone help me with how to download this mod?

Hello,
I am currently trying to get help downloading this mod from

I have downloaded the main file and the notepad text (for instance the argonians) and can get the link for the individual modules of the mod but cannot seem to find the password necessary to download the module mod itself. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
