Quick save takes long time in the Glowing Sea.

Every time when I'm in that area, saving games will take a long time, up to minutes. Including open and close pip-boy as it will autosave. It does not happen in any other area. I have turned off most shadows/lightning quality settings, using 8GB RAM and GTX 1080. 

 

Now the problem even getting worst as the game will down right freeze with music still running whenever I got hit by rad enemy such as rad scorpion or the bloatfly.
