Converting hair/face TMC & TMCL files to another character?

Is there a way to convert hair/face TMC & TMCL files from one character to another?

 

Ex: Say I have a costume for Naotora with hair and/or face TMC & TMCL files and would like to convert it to Kasumi hair and/or face TMC & TMCL files (with the body being converted by TimmyC's Character Transformer Tool). How would I go about doing that?

With faces is really a problem. To put it mildly.

Although there are some characters for whom the faces are interchangeable. For example, Kasumi and Ayane.

And with the hair usually no problem. You can use the same transformer that you already wrote about.
