Virde Posted July 2, 2018 Posted July 2, 2018 Mockup Image: I was tossing around interesting idea concepts from other games and something struck me from the Fortnite/PUBG/Rust/DayZ franchises and thought of this as a concept. Airdrops happen randomly, Luck stat can influence frequency but should still remain rare. Drops should occur within player view so that they know and are given a reason to go explore towards that area. Loot should be random with a small chance for Legendary Items. Boss chests have a small chance to contain a smoke grenade that summons said chest at thrown location. Lore-wise the drops are explained that it is Drones piloted from AI left over from The War that are running off of old orders. I am far too much of a novice in using the Creation Kit/GECK to be able to pull this off. I can, at best, make the level list for the drops but as far as making the drops occur or smoke-grenade summon them is beyond me. I could probably make a smoke grenade that simply summons a chest before you in an unimmersive fashion but would have no clue on how to make said chest vanish. Note: I requested this on Nexus Forums as well. But I know a great number of people avoid that place. So I figured I'd reach out to the people here as well.
