Open the zip file: copy all the 0x files (0x00000000!0x001907bcc3bb06c4.householdbinary, etc.) to your tray folder under Sims 4. In your mod folder under Sims 4, make a folder named HotChickSuzan. Open the mods folder in Codex_household_Suzan... and copy the folders into the file you just made in your mods folder.

 

This way, if you already have some or all those folders in your Mods folder, you can copy and paste the folders in Codex without removing/overwriting your folders that already exist. Of course, if you are downloading/placing mods in your game, you should already know how to do all this but sometimes a reminder doesn't hurt. :)

 

Also: a reminder, no folders in your tray folder, that just doesn't work.
