Spouses Enhanced and TNF Houses Compatibility patch?

I was kind of hoping someone could make a compatibility patch for the TNF houses namely all the regular ones and Elianora's Breezhome edition. If not could someone tell me the proper load order for these mods so this way I don't have beds appearing the vanilla location and the TNF location? I apologize if this isn't in the right forums I assumed because it involves Spouses Enhanced it would be appropriate to place it here.
