Lighting change on characters

Does anyone know how to mod the exterior lighting so that there are much less shadows? Whenever my character is facing away from a light source, doesn't matter if it's morning or night, the face and body will look completely flat, like 2D, due to shadows. Whenever she's facing a light source, it will instantly turn 3D and even the gloss on the skin can be seen, looking much better. I know this is realistic, but I want to sacrifice that realism so my character looks 3D -ALL- the time, regardless of morning or night and regardless of which direction she's facing. Really dislike the flat dark look. I don't think it has anything to do with video settings, higher settings make character under light source look better, but still has that dark 2D side when facing away from light.

This is very similar or identical to the "loverslight.esp" from lovers pk, where the characters glow.

What I'm looking for is either a mod so that there are no more shadows (light source from all directions), or that my character has some aura of light source around her that overrides atmospheric shadows.

You could try the "Screen Effects"... You can tune shadows, contrast, vibrancy and lighting with it in-game without too much hassle. It also gives you four pre-sets, so you can have one for caves, one for daytime and one for night time.

It works fine for me, but let me warn you: once you install it, you'll get a pretty annoying wait when you first load (every time you open oblivion) while the shaders load. It's not a big deal if you just open the game 1-2 times a day, but if you mod (like me) it can get annoying.

Heres the links (the download and the fix):
