Tribal Tatoo above skin overlay

hello, i'm sorry if it was here somewhere, but i was not able to find, it. i'm searching for a Arm Tribal Tatoo which is visible on custom skins overlay. Some of EA created tatoos are visible mostly from the newer content but the older are not. same applies to the custom. I'm looking for a simple small tatoo not full arm from shoulder till hand. 

 

i'm adding pic of my sims, without custom skin overlay the custom tatoo is visible, applying the custom skin the tatoo is not visible. Body hairs and some other tatoos are under tatoo too and are visible. any tips how this could be resolved or link for similiar tatoo that works?
