Dovahkriid2 Posted June 25, 2018 Posted June 25, 2018 Ever since I installed the latest update for Wicked Whims after the recent update for Seasons, it's been running painfully slow (borderline freezing altogether) and the only way I can get the game to progress is if I pause; which jumps the clock forward 5mins and catches up on any commands I entered. After several trial and errors to see what was the issue, I narrowed it down to WW itself. After removing all three files and re-entering the game, everything is running smoothly again. I haven't seen anyone else with the same problem. Mind you, I did see a few people complaining about the patch itself causing issues and a few people saying that they're game was freezing up. But it only got desperately bad when I installed the latest WW. Any help would be greatly appreciated. EDIT: Also the weather forecast menu is blank.

kw313 Posted June 26, 2018 Posted June 26, 2018 I also have same issue. I finally took out ww and all animations, everything works as should.. I put ww back in and same problem. I have very little cc and all animations and ww, besides cc all updated. I have a gaming laptop that more then exceeds max requirements to run sims 4

I was looking forward to the recent update with Seasons, but I'll just have to live without until the next update (hopefully) solves the issue. There so much new content to explore without having to pause every second just to advance the story, and suck any enjoyment from a now unplayable game.

mishame Posted September 28, 2018 Posted September 28, 2018 I'm also having this same issue. I'm glad to know its not just me. Csnt wait for a update to fix this.
