Suggested Startup Files for this?

     Been a while since I have messed with the Skyrim game at all. Looking at some of the photos and videos posted, it seems that this has come a long way across the last few years and it may be encouragement enough to resurrect the Dovahkiin. Since I've been away, and have no idea where to start, I would love a list of things that the community suggests for a decent startup package. Back when I messed with this last, there was a ton of bugs and it seemed like everything just collided with everything else causing all sorts of glitchiness and crashing. I figured that the best approach would be to simply ask... I do have a high end machine (well it's a few years old but), it's a CyberPower Fang III Black Mamba (Core i7, Dual Nvidia Titan Black SLi GPUs, 32GB DDR3 RAM, 6TB storage WD 10K RPM VelociRaptor HDDs, Dual Radiator Liquid Cooling with 16 case fans, EVGA Supernova 1600W PSU, etc.), so I want it to look as gorgeous as these awesome pics and videos I seen around the forums here... My personal preferences are kind of mixed, dark, and kinky, so I will entertain most anything... I'm not really into guy on guy stuff, mostly hetero leaning, but I do get into the whole trans-futa kind of thing once in a while as dark perversion. I think the idea of monsters and hardcore stuff is cool. In reality I'm a gentle person but my fantasies are rough, so not against darker forced themes and BDSM... I do like my girls curvy, but not ridiculously, full figured, maybe a few extra pounds (more cushion for the pushin') but not like sickly obese with nipples that touch their knees (no offense to anyone that nipples may actually touch their knees, just not my cup-o-tea)... Sometimes like to dabble in the fantasy of group sex stuff, although I hated it in reality... well, it wasn't that bad, but ladies, unless you know that your man is into it, probably not something one should just spring on someone unexpectedly... warn somebody! 

Okay that is about it for my rant for now. I may add to it later, but please, I do need help setting this up... 

I basically need to know, more or less, what are the best files to grab that play well together, and maybe some tips on setup order and whatnot to avoid crashes and overall glitchiness. Any help is greatly appreciated, so thanks in advance.
