Fallout 4 .Dll Ctd

Hi, i've been having an issue lately with Fallout 4 that i haven't been able to find a fix for yet. While i'm playing i get random ctds, sometimes out of nowhere. Other times, its when i'm doing something specific. Such as in workshop mode. Each time it happens, i check the windows event viewer and i find the same error message, here's what it say

I just within the past month or two did a delete and reinstall of the game and all my mods, after having a similar issue. I've installed all the C++ and direct x i could find, as different forums had suggested. But the issue still persists. It seems that sometimes i can go for a while with no issues, but then it happens, usually out of nowhere. could this be a problem with the os and not the game. I'm not sure what to do at this point. If i should do a total wipe of the game and mods again and try from scratch, or what. Any help would be most appreciated.
