What nude mods to use?

I seem to have several conflicting nude mods. The penis skin on males is black in CAS and look like it has multiple textures at once, and female sims have 2 nipples. I had cmar tops and bottoms to remove the permanent bras and underwears, but idk if it's redundant at this point
