No menstrual cycle

So i have Update everything and so on. 

But my sim isnt getting her period, and i cant test her fertility or check If she is pregnant when i click on the toilet. 

I dont get the “your sims might be pregnant” notification when having sex either and on top of that i dont have the “terminate pregnancy” and “fertility treatment” on the phone either? 

 

Whats wrong?
