Gender Preference

I really like being able to set the gender preference for anyone in the game, whether they are a part of the active family or some random townie.  However, I have noticed that the gender preferences for the females of the active family... don't stay, necessarily.

 

I use Itasan's Show/Search Info mod and after setting a gender preference it will show the right preference.  Now, whenever one of the females in the active family has sex, be they naturally female or selected as female in the Gender Recognition option (thank you for that option, by the way), their preference for females raises by 10%.  Every time they have sex or a new partner joins.

 

For example.  This one active family had a hetero couple who may as well have been rabbits for as often as they had sex during the day.  Both had been marked as "ww.gender_preference hetero <firstname> <lastname>" successfully before going at it.  End of a sim day, the female would have a 60% or high preference for females and have to be reset with the gender preference command.  Any time that hetero female in the active family would masturbate, her preference for females would increase by 10%.  So if this Active Family female is masturbating, her preference for females raises 10%.  If her husband joins in, that preference is raised another 10% and if another male joins in, it gets raised again.  In this scenario she could start out with 100% male / 0% female preference and end with a 100% male / 30% female preference.  The exact same thing happens with custom gendered sim flagged as female through gender recognition.

 

Now, when I use the Show / Search function on a non-active or townie hetero (marked as hetero with the gender preference option well before) who just had sex, their preference levels haven't changed; this issue seems to only happen to active family "females".

 

I have no clue as to how this is coded, but my guess would have to be that somehow the active "female" is being counted as having sex with a female (thereby raising the female preference), even though they are the female.

 

If I remember correctly, I do not remember the active males having their preference for other males raised in a similar manner.
