Unusual black face bug

Hi all

 

So I got a rather unusual blackface bug that I just can't seem to be rid of and was wondering if anyone here can help solve it or point me in the right direction as all my searches have turned out empty. I'll describe it.

 

Bug affects the player character only, and I can clear it by loading up a save without it then going into the save that was affected, but its still very annoying as it happens often enough for me to make the game completely unenjoyable because of the reloads.

 

What is unusual about it ? Well, all the symptoms and everything look and feel exactly and precisely like running out of Vram, but it isn't. I can continue playing indefinetly, game plays perfectly smooth, etc. there is no memory leak or anything like that, FPS remains high, no drops or stutters, just the black face. Also I actually downloaded and used Skyrim performance monitor https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/6491 and verified this. I am using roughly around 2.5 gigs of VRAM on an 8  Gig GPU, and tahts on the high end, usually its much lower then that depending on which area I am in what I'm doing and whats loaded up.

 

I use ENBoost, so I double checked all the applicable ini files and made sure there is no limitation there, everything checks out. Body used is UUNP Special via bodyslide, textures are latest version of Fair Skin Complexion. 

 

Everything is 2k Optimized and matching. There are no mismatches on armors, outfits, body / face textures, etc.
