Aid with Unique player

I am looking for aid with Unique Player. I followed the instructions to overwrite Dongs of Fallout with whatever I placed before on the tattoo mods...and it makes my character a Ken doll.

 

I tried it another way, and it reverts my character to the underwear model.

 

Is there a patch I am supposed to use? 

 

The mod is the Ad Victoriam Brotherhood tattoo skin.
