wholegrain Posted June 11, 2018 Posted June 11, 2018 https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/91570 I want to use this preset to make a race so I can modify the NPCs appearing in the Dark Seducer and Golden Saint mods. Also, how do you change the skin tone from blue to yellow?
dharvinia Posted June 11, 2018 Posted June 11, 2018 Maybe the question should have been: How do I create a new Race In Creation kit using this preset? I think there may be some tutorials available in the "tutorials and modder's resources" thread.
Guest Posted June 11, 2018 Posted June 11, 2018 For the race, just create a new race in CK, open up the character drop down menu in the object window, click on race, right click and create. For preset open up the preset and in the lower left, Template data or something like that open the drop down menu and scroll to find the npc you want to use, in your case would be golden saint or dark seducer As far as changing the skin colors open up the npc, go to the tab Character gen Parts, in the center is a list of different parts, highlight skintones, then to the right you will see a drop down for presets, click select color below that and choose your color. At the bottom of that window make sure you click the preview button for body do you can see what it looks like. Onve you have your NPC made, highlight the name in the object window and click crtl+f4 and then yes to generate the face gen data so your new npc does not have the grey face bug For example, I have made a complete overhaul for my game of npcs, this is what Irelith looks like ( I changed a lot of skin colors for elves in my overhaul)
wholegrain Posted June 13, 2018 Author Posted June 13, 2018 Yo could you make a youtube video showing people how to do this with this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/91570 I might be too dumb to do it on my own. The problem is that I am wondering if I need all the prerequisite of the mods and if I need them as requirements by checking them all before modifying the mods.
