Hair Glitch & Invisibility Glitch

So in the first picture, basically Neisa is invisible (the one on the left is Onean). I have no idea why this happened, I just happened to walk out of the inn in Riverwood and then she faded away. After Neisa came out of the inn, she took 2 steps and gradually faded away into invisibility. In the second picture, you can barely make out Neisa's figure. You can also see a streak of black hair. I have no idea why that's there, can somebody help me fix this? (Shes on the right of the dog for the second picture)
