[request] SOS modular clothing

I found this good looking mod resource and wish I could use it, but frankly haven't the faintest idea where to begin making my own mod, so I thought I might try a request here.

 

Essentially, I found a pack of clothing items on Nexus that simply takes a number of vanilla clothes sets and chops them up into modular pieces, and I would really appreciate if someone made them into SOS compatible revealing clothes. Things like the farmer's longcoat, or shirts worn without pants, or the belts with various bags that could be worn all by themselves. This would essentially fill the last gap left in SOS clothing replacers in the game, there are simply no skimpy SOS clothing mods for the common townsfolk and farmers, and making skimpy versions of original assets seems like a good way to do it.

 

I would really appreciate if someone with the skills I lack could look into this. Or at the very least, point me in the right direction to learn how to possibly do it myself.
