Mod installed but some Characters has no voice and some disapeared

Ok so I wanted to get some mods for Skyrim Legendary edition and it worked like it should but then I got some glitches like some bodies I can't seem to loot like the Dawngaurd when I have to get the letter and read it to find the Moth Priest. I know where to find him but can't do the mission without reading the letter and with the mods like Skyrim romance the characters don't have voices on some topics accept follow me and wait here and we should part ways or whatever and some disappear like the chick in Riften that sells Armour and the dude from Pawn and Prown whatever he is suddenly Werner and don't have anything to sell and so don't I. The homeless women in Riften is gone. The mods makes the game more fun. Any ideas how to fix this glitch my game is up to date it't just the mods that gives me crap
