Please a noob that's mostly tech illiterate?

I'm running Skyrim thru Steam (which totally fukkin sux ass....imo) and even when I try to play vanilla, none of the animations are working properly, I just seem to hover every where, I think I have a fraps vid I'm gonna try to attach to show a refferance, and for some reason, even when I install it properly, Wyre bash isn't working for me at all....I use stand alone version cuz atm I have to rely on the local library for internet....if anyone can help me at all, especially with the fixing of the anime in Skyrim I would appreciate beyond words, as I'm not very tech savvy at all....ahhhh shit cant seem to post the vid....so here's a screenie....fyi I play a Monli race atm....sorry the screenie is so small, I know only one way to make them only have the 500kb space to post here....

looks like you are using FNIS ? http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/11811

but have not ran the GenerateFNISforUsers.exe

 

wrye bash will not install the GenerateFNISforUsers.exe file

so that will need to be copind over manually

 

then run the exe file
