(Requires Shivering Isles)

I've compiled all sorts of fantastic art, photography, and screenshots from all over the internet to make some gorgeous loading screens. May be lore bending in places, but never breaking. No, this isn't filled with a gazillion images of generic faeries, and dragons. There is only one dragon, and that's reserved for a loading screen with Peryite lore tidbit text. I've carefully selected images, and maintain standard of quality for selecting them. Never have to see a shitty grainy filtered vanilla loading screen again! These are all fullscreen art, so they won't clash with any UI you use. 2048x1024 (That is double the size of the vanilla ones, for your viewing pleasure) There are hundreds of lovely images to see.

If anything it is enriching to have a bunch of beautiful art spoonfed to you, without having to browse it for days manually.

This is a modification of Trollf's Loading Screens Themed Replacer.

The main purpose of this mod is to bridge the gaps between the limitations of what actually exists in the game, and the vast plethora of lore and our imaginations of how such things may look! Really make you feel like Tamriel's landscapes and people are diverse, expansive, and epic.

None of the art in this mod is mine, nor do I in any way claim it is. I simply compiled everything, and tweaked things here and there in Photoshop to fit the lore (ie. changing skin tones to make faux Dunmer). Some art may be lacking watermarks, but only because it was overly obnoxious/in the centre and would detract from the immersion of the image.

Installation:

Drag & Drop the LoadingScreens.esp, 'Menus' and 'Textures' folder into your Oblivion 'Data' folder.

You may have Trollf's original mod installed. It is recommended you deactivate, and overwrite, with this .esp file, as the changed text and such will not be reflected with the previous version.

This .esp is the Vanilla, Shivering Isles, & Add-on combined. That's hundreds of unique loading screens, for your viewing pleasure!

========================================

Uninstallation:

Deactivate and delete 'LoadingScreens.esp'

Go to Data/Textures/Menus/Loading/ and delete the folders named 'trf', 'trfadd', 'trfsi', and 'Yams'.

Go to Data/Menus/ and delete 'Loading_Menu.XML'

Credits: Trollf, for his amazing mod, and all of the authors of the beautiful artwork, photography, and screenshots. As I had gotten most of these things from wallpaper websites, I do not know most of the authors, and I am unable to credit all them.

Special shout out to Mavrosh, who has sparked the whole idea for the perfect replacements that I would love to stare at. (Sorry I butchered some of your images. :c)

CREDITS FROM ORIGINAL MOD:

- Bethesda for such moddable game.

- All Creators of various modifications for their work that I used to make base screenshots for this Loading Screens mod. All these mods that I remember are listed in this mod's ReadMe file.

- Xanathar for permission to utilize the content from The Imperial Library site for loading descriptions.

- People who contributed their screenshots taken from the game which I used to make some loading screens from. These great people are: Darziak, Floydian, Karandras, Makhno, Nicoroshi, Radicus, Rogue Sun, Ryu Doppler, Yorkmaster.

- The Crustacean, The Crustacean the Great :] who provided me with many fine descriptions for these loading screens. Without his help this mod wouldn't be finished in reasonable amount of time if at all.
