Looking for a mod that let armor mods be in loot/stores/npcs

What im looking for is for a mod that uses all my armor mods i have, because i dont get the opportunity to use them all  without using console commands or additemmenu mod. 

So if you guys can share a mod that kinda does this, loot or stores would be excellent for me
