Shaydow's Werewolf Overhaul

Hey,

 

I am trying to get this mod to work, but cant seem to figure this problem out. In stead of what the picture shows, a relatively human like figure with paws and a tail, i still look like a normal werewolf. except that my fur is white, and my arm is bent weirdly. I have Moonlight Tales installed, but i did try the mod with MT disabled and there was no difference. Help please
