This download link should be the latest version of v2.4. https://www.loverslab.com/topic/56684-animation-by-evacuation/?page=7&tab=comments#comment-1848003 The animation seen from the webm you posted is "Falmer Tight Missionary" (last animation stage). Fore's Animated Falmer Set mainly uses Evacuation's SLAL. Also, if you're interested: There is a compiled list of SL Animations here. It's more up-to-date if you'd like to find and pick SLAL packs.
