need help with making messages in creation kit for your follower npc

You know when your in the creation kit you have several options like these below.

 

like event

 

dislike event

 

love event

 

hate event 

 

Well I'd like to create my own message with love event properties. Like change tom hates event to tom is concern event with the love event properties. I am not sure how to do that in the creation kit.

 

If anyone knows how to change messages please let me know how to change messages with the creation kit. I am trying to make a mod and I am stuck at this point on how to change the messages in FO4 game.
