Is There a way to move A sim from his/her family without losing his fund ?

I want to move one of my sims and his family from another family in the same house, if that make sense? Withou him to lose his fund. But if i do the standard move out, He will lose his fund. Back then in Sims 3, we could select who we wanted to move out the house but with Sims 4 it's a total downgrade #smh 

Edit: the Familyfunds cheat code doesn't work anymore
