[sEARCH] or [REQUEST] Hire someone to assassinate an NPC mod?

While there is Assassinate all of Skyrim, the mod is even described as quest-breaking, essential status is removed from many, and it's not compatible with Alternate Start - Live Another Life. I would love to have a mod with only one concept from the above. Marking an NPC for death, and then paying someone for the hit.

Nazeeeeem and Heimskr. But there's other NPCs I want this to happen with too :­P Only, coming back and there's just a dead body isn't interesting.

What would really be cool is witnessing any assassin taking them out (the kind from random events before you join the DB).

Or the mod could have an extremely high-powered assassin appear. That would be cool too
