I have problems with preview images

Hi, I have this problem. (I hope you can help me, my english isn't good)

 

I installed the Heigh slider (http://modthesims.info/d/588159), then I noticed when I create a sim (or family) and I saved them, the preview pic looked weird. So I uninstalled it.

 

Then when I open the gallery I found this, some preview images looks weird.  So I deleted the pose mod and all the poses and I delete all the folders (less "saves", "mods" and "tray") and archives from the rute: ...\Documents\Electronic Arts\Los Sims 4 and I execute again the game and the problem continues, I don't know what to do for fix it.

 

Please, help me. ?
