Breezehome probable conflict

[Redswift]

I've tried both Breezehome TNF - Elianora's Flavor and Breezehome TNF - Trapdoors of Whiterun and I'm getting an issue with both of them. The room on the left in the basement/lower floor has vanilla objects spawned in (spider webs, some crates and mannequins). Putting it at the end of the load order doesn't help, and there are no file conflicts according to MO. Also, putting it higher in in the load order, where loot suggests, spawns in a vanilla bed as well in the main bedroom, along with the mod-added noble bed.

 

Important note: Using The Raven's Breezehome, I get this error while creating the bashed patch but works fine from what I can see but probably because there's no basement / lower floor in this version. I don't know if it has anything to do with my issue though, or if it's just because of the mod.
