wearing underwear

May be I make something wrong. If in CAS I want a sim to wear underwear and I will combine it with a top, the underwear disappears. How is it possible to combine a top with individual underwear on a cas body and see it in game ?

You should only have the garments decomposed into two parts. So you can combine them as you like, here you can find something:
