A simple maybe not so simple question about mod converting

Hey everyone, so recently i watched good ole, not gonna beat it around the bush here, porn and i saw a character that i really liked, so off i went searching of what it was, turns out its a character from the now dead Paragon by epic games, searching for it i also realize that epic release everything related to say game as in  all assets for free download, so i would like to know if its possible if at all to port the armor and such to skyrim and or fallout 4? sorry for the noob question, but hey, better to be ignorant once than forever.
